Delete Your Jigsaw Puzzles HD Puzzle Games Account (For Google Play Users)



Your player profile is where your progress, achievements, and purchased items (like coins) are stored. Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone.


Before you decide to delete your account, please consider:

Lost Progress: You'll lose all your game progress, including levels you've completed and achievements earned.

Lost Items: Any items you've purchased or earned for free will be lost.

Starting Over: If you choose to return to the game in the future, you'll have to start from the beginning.


If you're certain you want to delete your account, you can proceed with the deletion process. We encourage you to carefully consider the consequences before making a final decision.


To delete your account, there are two ways for you.


1. Delete the account within the app: if you still have the game installed on your device, please open the app - click the "My Puzzles" tab at the bottom - then click the "Settings" button on the top right corner of that page -  scroll down to the bottom of the Settings page - click the "Delete Account" button to process it. Once you confirm the deletion, all of your game data will be removed immediately and cannot be recovered.


2. Request to delete your account via this website: if you do not have the game installed currently, please 

When we receive your request, we will email you the requisite details to confirm the request and keep in touch until your request is completed.


Data Retention Policy:

We will permanently delete all your data, including your username, email address, game progress, and purchase history, upon account deletion. We do not retain any data for any purpose after account deletion.
